The staff went above and beyond, even accommodating our late check-in. We loved the charming vintage elevator, and the communal kitchen area with city views was a lovely spot to relax.

However, the room had its share of issues, a leaking bathroom basin, a malfunctioning bedside lamp, and a door that wouldn’t close or lock. The shower door also needed repair for a proper seal. WiFi connectivity varied, making it unreliable at times. The rooms felt stark and dated, resembling a Soviet aesthetic, and the elevators were out of service, forcing guests to lug luggage up the stairs.

The location couldn't be better. steps away from Piazza Navona and the Pantheon made exploring so easy. The staff's kindness was a bright spot. They truly helped with any requests during the stay. The room felt spacious and was always kept tidy, which I appreciated. Although the vintage elevator added a charming touch, it was out of service periodically, forcing me to carry luggage up flights of stairs, which wasn't ideal. The shower had a couple of issues. a leaking bathroom basin affected convenience. WiFi was inconsistent too, which was frustrating while trying to plan daily activities. Despite these hiccups, the cozy atmosphere and friendly environment made for a memorable visit.
